RICH CHEESY FRIES
Hello guys!!!
let's see what's inside the BITE :
INGREDIENTS:
PART -1  : FRIES <3💓
- POTATOES(peeled)
 - 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL FOR FRYING
 - 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
 - 1 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
 - 1 TEASPOON ONION SALT
 - 1 TEASPOON SALT
 - 1/2 CUP WATER
 - 1 TEASPOON PAPRIKA (or red chilli powder

PART -2 : CHEESE <3💓
- 1/4 CUP BUTTER
 - 1/2 POUND MOZZARELLA CHEESE
 - 1/4 POUND PEPPER JACK CHEESE (GRATED)
 - 1/4 POUND MEDIUM CHEDDAR (GREATED)
 - 3/4 CUP MILK
 - 1/2 TEASPOON CORN-STARCH MIXED WITH 1/2 TEASPOON OF WATER
 - 1/2 TEASPOON SALT

DIRECTIONS:
- Slice potatoes into French fries, and place into cold water so they won't turn brown while you prepare the oil.
 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. While the oil is heating, sift the flour, garlic salt, onion salt, (regular) salt, and paprika into a large bowl. Gradually stir in enough water so that the mixture can be drizzled from a spoon.
 - Dip potato slices into the batter one at a time, and place in the hot oil so they are not touching at first. The fries must be placed into the skillet one at a time, or they will clump together. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
 - Melt butter on low.
 - Add milk.
 - Add cheese( each one) slowly, while stirring.
 - Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.
 - Add salt and cornstarch mix.
 - Simmer another 10 minutes, stirring often.
 - Serve on top of fries, next to fries, next to chips, with crudité, in a bowl with a spoon…

Extra tip:
*   you van use corriander for garnishing
*   use medium sized potatoes .
